Boy, that tore my heart out! I immediately stopped and asked whoever was around to please help this poor guy and take him home.  As I resumed listening, the next statement was a lady who will help the man and she said to him:

He may be indicating that his group has not "incarnated" yet.  I had this type of statement once in the past about never having been incarnated and I nearly fell off the chair.
Just about everyone who records evp has been told at one time or another to "look up".
I have quite a few clips saying that.  This is how they are able to zero in on our location.

So, I invited Grandpa whom I never met to have a cocktail along with the gentleman who brought him thru.  That was Grandpa's thang when alive,  I'm told, and I thought I'd be a good hostess.

Guess not and then Grandpa said:
IT'S IMPORTANT_NOT_TO_FOOL_WITH_THAT_STUFF
so, apparently he has reformed cocktail-wise.

Then he adds:
I_DID_NOT_LOVE_YOU_HERE --- notice the voice is different, younger now.
But it is obviously a continuation of his sentiments.
I think "I DID NOT LOVE YOU HERE"  relates to the fact that he was estranged from the family due to issues with afore-mentioned cocktails and I never had the chance to meet him when he was "here"
